Lueder Larkin & Hunter is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Alpharetta, GA

Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC is a well-established law firm with offices throughout the metro Atlanta area that primarily specializes in community association law, insurance defense litigation, workers compensation defense, and residential closings. We are searching for a paralegal with at least two-years of civil litigation experience in Georgia, preferably insurance defense, to join us in our main office located in Alpharetta. The role will primarily include drafting pleadings, subpoenas, notices of deposition, and a variety of documents for review by attorneys; drafting discovery and responses; summarizing depositions; calendaring and drafting case updates; maintaining a litigation calendar; reviewing, organizing and summarizing documents, emails and other materials within the cases. The role additionally includes some administrative support as needed, including e-filing with the courts and assisting in preparing exhibits for depositions. You must be personable, organized, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone to be part of our easygoing, mostly laidback, yet professional team. The general salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 with exact salary determined by experience.
